We are delighted to have Ajith Fernando with us for our services on Sunday the 17th October. He will be our guest at both the 8am & 10am services.

Ajith Fernando, ThM, DD, is national director of Youth for Christ (since 1976) in Sri Lanka and a Bible expositor with a worldwide ministry. He studied at Asbury Theological Seminary and Fuller Seminary, and spends much time mentoring young workers and counseling Christian workers. He is active in Colombo Theological Seminary as chairman of the academic affairs committee. He is regularly involved in teaching ministry with staff and volunteers, pastoral care of leaders, supervising Youth Guidance and YFC’s drug rehabilitation ministry. He has also been a guest lecturer in Biblical Studies at Colombo Theological Seminary, TrinityEvangelicalDivinitySchool, and several other theological seminaries in Asia-Pacific and North America.

In addition to lecturing and speaking at conferences in Sri Lanka, Dr. Fernando has authored 11 books, found in 11 languages, including: The Supremacy of Christ; NIV Application Commentary on Acts; Sharing the Truth in Love and Jesus Driven Ministry.
